The bottles are received on conveyor belt and fed into entry star wheel by feed-in-worm, while moving entry star wheel to rotary turret, pick up caps one by one from delivery chute. The descending rotary sealing heads / hold bottle with desired pressure. The sealing operation takes place due to rotation sealing head and transverse movement of sealing / treading rollers due to sealing cam. The sealed bottles are discharged by exit star wheel on conveyor for next operation.
