Duly stoppered containers are fed directly on the SLAT CONVEYOR BELT and move further through INFEED WORM for correct spacing and take up by the INFEED STAR WHEEL. 

Aluminium Caps kept in VIBRATORY BOWL automatically orient itself before entering into the DELIVERY CHUTE.

Container INFEED STARWHEEL pocket during its rotational movement picks up Aluminium cap from the retailing fingers of DELIVERY CHUTE and correctly on to the container. 

Container now moves on to the spring loaded SEALING PLATFORMS share free spinning (SEALING ROLLERS) move gradually inside to complete sealing operation during the rotational movement of the SEALING PLATFORM TURRET.

Sealed containers are transferred to EXIT STARWHEEL packed and further move out to on to the SLAT CONVEYOR BELT.
