SALIENT FEATURES Rotating parts are specially designed and heat treated suitably considering usage and normal wear & tear. Specially designed roller thrust bearings ensure smooth & trouble free operations. No Label-No gluing photocell sensing device avoids unnecessary smearing of glue on to the main label cylinder. Economy in glue consumption as gluing is done in the form of horizontal strips.

The containers received on a precis. The synchronised Label Taler draws the label from the Label Box on account of vaccum. Subsequently, code is printed by the printing device. The coded label now passes onto the rotating Main Label Cylinder which is also under vaccum.
The rotating Gluing Roller receives uniform layer of glue from Gluing Pot. It transfers the glue in horizontal strips on to the label at the Main Labell Cylinder.
At the labelling point the properly positioned round container is partly wrapped around with a glued label on account of the rotational movement of the Main Label Cylinder. Later, the container passes through a Roll-On device and Pressing Belt. This sequence ensures neat and perfect fixing of the label in the container.
A system consisting a series of Solenoid & Photocells ensures sequential precision. Code printing, gluing and labelling are taken care. No Label- No gluing are controlled by this system.
