MULTI-JET AMPOULE / VIAL WASHING MACHINE  MODEL-- BAVW-240
Ampoule / vial washer Model BAVW-240 is totally enclosed SS (stainless steel) construction with a flexibility to wash 1 to 20 ml ampoules & 2 ml to 100 ml vials with the help of suitable change parts. The standard unit having mechanical motorized cam operated valve system for total six wash in one cycle.

The loading tray /trays are placed directly into the machine and the handle bar lowered for automatic centering of  washing needles into the ampoule/vials neck.

The top cover also lowered and switch is operated for automatic sequential washing both inside or outside of each individual ampoule/vials.
The machine will automatically stop after one complete cycle & for removal of trays, reserve procedure is to be observed.

Depending on dump loading or individual loading & operator efficiency  one can drive as high as 30 to 40 loadings of tray / trays per hour.
